Mentorship Content

This mentorship is structured into 5 core modules, designed to deliver an intensive and immersive Trainer Transition experience.

Phase 1 - Identity & Positioning

Weeks 1–3

You cannot teach confidently if your identity isn’t clear.

We work on:

Removing mental limits and “I’m not ready” thinking
Clarifying who you are as a trainer
Defining who you teach - and who you don’t.
Establishing your voice, style, standards, and integrity

ACTION

Personal 1:1 call & group calls (depends on week) to define:
- Mental limits
- Schedule & capacity
- Priorities & goals

Mindset recalibration:
- Confidence-building homework (written, not digital)

Page review through a trainer lens (Norah's direct feedback): Clean-up your page, decide on your style, study your posts and have a clear, honest review of what worked and what didn't.

Define:
- Who you teach
- Who you don’t
- Your teaching style & boundaries
- (We will use stories' strategy as a way to define who you teach, who your don't, and what topic will show you as trainer.)

Choose what you will teach long-term (even if you already teach now)

PHASE 2 - Visibility & Authority

Weeks 4–6

Now we make you visible as a trainer, not just an artist.

Content creation week focused on educator positioning
Create:
- Pinned posts that introduce you as a trainer
- Reusable carousel templates
- Intentional reels & carousel (not trend-chasing)

Learn tools that support you as a trainer

1 Break week to execute and build (no calls) - (this week is not counted in 12 weeks)

Feedback week:
- Review homework
- Refine your training format:
  - In-person
  - Group training
  - Masterclass

Build your training offer

Learn how to create reels for training & carousels fast using your own original templates

OUTCOME

People start seeing you as a trainer
You have reusable content systems

You stop forcing content and start communicating with intention

PHASE 3 - Your future students & Systems

Weeks 7–9

This is where sustainability is built.

ACTION

Design a lead magnet that attracts the right audience

Learn how to:
- Build a warm audience
- Start an email list
- Use ManyChat intentionally

Create content that supports the lead magnet

Learn how to continue posting without resetting your growth

Beside groups call, we have:

1 Personal support week:
- You submit:
  - Your lead magnet
  - Email/ many chat message drafts
- Receive personal feedback during the week

OUTCOME

You stop relying on algorithms
You begin building long-term trust
You have a real system - not just posts
Your audience becomes intentional, not random

PHASE 4 - Product & Teaching

Weeks 10-11

We turn your knowledge into something teachable.

ACTION

Build your curriculum:
- Structure
- Flow
- Lesson order

Learn how to:
- Turn skills into lessons
- Create lesson content and social content at the same time
- Avoid overreaching or over-teaching

Teaching on camera:
- Setup
- Structure
- Knowing exactly what to say

Use AI to support scripting and clarity

Create the 2 essential videos type every online course needs

PHASE 5 - Launch & Integration

Weeks 12–13

What you see here is the general weekly structure of the mentorship.

Outside of the scheduled calls, you’ll also have the ability to ask questions, share progress, and communicate with me during the week. Support is not limited to call time only.

This mentorship runs for 13 weeks intentionally. (Week 5 is a planned integration and creation week with no group calls).

This break allows you to focus fully on your homework - especially the creation of key templates - without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.

This structure ensures you don’t just learn, but actually build, apply, and integrate everything properly.

To ensure depth, quality, and personal support, this program is strictly limited to a maximum of 8-10 artists per group
