I’m Norah.

Thanks for stopping by this little corner of my world. :)

This space is a small reflection of who I am:

someone still learning, still changing...and endlessly curious about life.

My work lives under the name Lash Herosia - Hero from Asia. It reflects where I come from, and a belief I carry closely:

becoming your own hero isn’t something you’re born into. It’s something you grow into, over many versions of yourself.

Beyond the educator, the brand, and the business - there is simply the artist in me.

The part that still feels wonder...

The part that believes artistry is, at its core, storytelling.

Earlier this year, when I was in France, I stood at Van Gogh’s tomb, in a small hillside cemetery just outside Paris.

To my surprise, I felt more moved than when I stood before his paintings.

It reminded me how easily we admire the work...and forget the life behind it.

The breath, the doubt, the solitude, the courage it takes to keep creating.

Sometimes, as artists, we hide behind what we create.

We let the work speak so we don’t have to..

I have done that too.

To create for connection is one of the great honors of my life.

But when connection becomes tethered to constant output something begins to shift.

Creation begins to move outward. It takes on a different texture.

When moments no longer get to simply be moments.

When the art you once made instinctively starts carrying expectation - even if that expectation comes from within.

And so lately, I have been learning to pause.

To remember what it feels like to experience life without immediately translating it into language.

To let a moment stay a moment.

What I’'m learning- perhaps what I most needed to remember - is that our greatest work rarely come from pressure.

It comes when you soften your grip.

When you allow yourself to be a vessel rather than a machine.

This is how I want to create,

This is how I want to build, to train, to connect, to live.

Right now I'm building The Trainer’s Path - my first mentorship program devoted to guiding the next generation of educators. It is a project very close to my heart.

I take what I build seriously - but not always myself. :')

I laugh easily, travel often, and feel most alive when I'm near the mountains or discovering beauty in unfamiliar places.

And while I walk my path, I remain open to the people who are meant to walk with me. So if our paths cross in real life one day, I hope to hear about your story, and get to know about you more :)
