teach lash artists to create beautiful work without losing their minds in the process.
We don’t believe in surface-level training or “just do it this way” explanations.
We believe in teaching lash artists to truly understand their craft - so clearly and deeply that even on your tired days, your work still holds up beautifully.
We don’t just teach techniques like Black Swan™, Mermaid™, Wispy, and Anime.
We teach you the why, the how, the analysis, and the logic behind every lash set or technique.

Meet Our Educator
Norah Mai is an international trainer, speaker, and judge in the lash industry, renowned for her expertise in creative lash styles such as Wispy, Anime, and her signature Mermaid and Black Swan Style™.
With a training background that bridges both European and Asian techniques, Norah has developed a distinctive approach that reflects her diverse influences.
Her ability to explore every style - both technically and artistically- has not only set her apart as an artist but also positioned her as a leader in lash education worldwide.

When we’re not in Toronto working closely with private students, you’ll find Norah in another time zone - teaching a masterclass, speaking at a lash event, filming new lessons, working with international brands or connecting with artists who want to elevate their craft.
Behind the scenes, we’re reviewing student work, designing new lash styles, refining techniques, and building education that actually makes a difference in artists’ careers.
